HSM does all home surveillance and alarm monitoring from our state of the art, New Zealand Security Association A1 graded, monitoring station with trained operators on-site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Signals received at our monitoring station are identified by type, such as fire, burglary or emergency, enabling us to respond in the appropriate manner and dispatch the relevant assistance.
We do not use any kind of voice messaging. If an alarm is triggered, you will be contacted in person so we can best help you. Your safety and security is our highest priority and we stand ready to assist you at all times.
