This month we welcomed new team members, celebrated staff milestones, and highlighted our guarding team’s success on International Security Officers’ Day. We also launched a new call centre service, continued our Magpies sponsorship, supported local charities, and showcased our tailored security solutions at New Zealand's largest solar panel farm.

Having different divisions within HSM with varying shift patterns and hours of work makes it even more important to have a means of connecting employees with each other. Our quarterly staff update seeks to let everyone know what is happening across the different divisions and helps to engender the HSM team feeling. HSM has had an exciting year, following our move to new premises earlier this year, which Sandra Hazlehurst, Mayor of Hastings, kindly opened for us in April. It’s been great to bring all our staff together on one site and give them a bright, new and modern workspace from which we can deliver on the exciting new projects we have coming up in the next few months. Our final staff update of the year which reflects on the highlights and success of the HSM teams, with updates on recent joiners, staff news, new uniform, our stand at the local home show and also some coverage on our support of charities, both on a personal level by staff members and by HSM with its support of Family VIP Services. We are looking forward to a good start to 2025, building on the successes and foundations put in place this year.
