HSM is proud to have the highest grading possible for a security monitoring station in New Zealand, being an A1 grading, and one of the best response times in the industry. Our steel-lined monitoring room is fitted with cutting edge monitoring equipment and backup systems, so you can rest assured that we’re always online and ready to respond to any situation. A1 GRADED CENTRE

Highest available standard in the monitoring industry with maximum security, operational procedures and the highest equipment. Backup generator and dual communication paths ensure complete reliability.

RAPID GUARD AND POLICE DISPATCH

When required, our monitoring operators can dispatch GPS-tracked HSM patrol officers or notify Police and emergency services in accordance with your customised response instructions.

ALARM

Security alarm, access control, duress button and smoke alarm monitoring. Every activation is received by our trained operators 24/7, who follow your customised response plan to ensure the right action is taken.

CCTV

24/7 CCTV monitoring with virtual patrols and alarm verification. When an alarm activates, our operators can review connected cameras to verify the event before coordinating the appropriate response.
