2. Choose your add-ons
The starter kit comes with everything you need to get started. For larger homes and offices we you can add additional PIR sensors, a keypad, smoke alarms or even Professional Installation.
3. Sign up for direct debit
We’ll deduct $39 or $49 monthly by direct debit, depending on your plan. This covers 24/7 alarm monitoring from our NZ-based centre. Add-ons are extra.
4. We send you the kit
You’ll get a free, pre-configured alarm system that just works. Everything you need is in the kit — including tools, long-life batteries (5 years), and strong mounting tape.
5. Plug it in and connect
Follow a simple guide to connect the system to your Wi-Fi and the mobile app.
6. You’re protected 24/7
Get alerts and stay in control from your phone — wherever you are.
