How to install in 5 easy DIY steps:
Sign up and Download the Hik Connect App
Once you have completed the sign-up form, you will need to download the “Hik-Connect for End User” app and register using the same email address from the sign-up form.
Receive the Kit
HSM will email you with confirmation and your track-and-trace number. The Alarm Kit comes with the alarm panel, 1 PIR, 1 door sensor, 3 key tags, an ethernet cable, and a screwdriver.
Connect the Alarm Panel to Internet
Unscrew the backplate of the alarm panel, plug in the Ethernet and power cable, and turn on the device. Screw the backplate back on. Connect the alarm panel to power and your modem using the Ethernet cable.
Install the Devices
Unscrew the backplate of the devices. Turn on the device using the on switch and reattach the backplate. Use the adhesive or screws provided to install the devices.
Arm and Disarm using the app
Arm and disarm the alarm using the Hik-Connect End User app. If the alarm is activated, HSM will respond according to your chosen response plan.
