It’s easy to assume your system is all set but when was the last time you actually tested it? Give your alarm a quick check and make sure it’s being professionally monitored.
We also recommend reviewing your response plan every 12 months. Who gets contacted if there’s an alert? Are they still the right person? If you’re heading overseas or likely to be out of contact, now’s a great time to update your response contacts to someone local who can act quickly if needed.
